On Thursday I finished the last painting for this year’s 50|50 show!
All 50 paintings are lining the walls in my studio. Now they will dry, get varnished, named, photographed - and will arrive at Sanchez Art Center in Pacifica over Labor Day Weekend. The official show opening (fingers crossed) is scheduled for the weekend of Sept. 18-20.
The first three days is a fundraiser - you need to buy a ticket to attend. After that, the show will be open to the public. Visit Sanchez Art Center’s web site to buy your tickets or to reserve a free spot for a gallery visit.
I will post all of this year’s 50|50 paintings as their own dedicated gallery, but in the meantime you can see some of them on my Instagram page.
